I have noticed several of your updates and your progress is amazing. Very nice job! Which pattern are you doing? What stitch count are you doing too?

I am using Old World Map-Large by designer Tereena Clarke. and I chose to use 14 ct. white aida because it will make the map look larger than the 16 or 18 ct. . the only thing I did change was the main color of the oceans, instead of the winter white, which i was afraid I would have trouble keeping pristine clean, i found a beige that was not used anyplace else in the pattern so there would be no conflict. I am very pleased with the color I chose because I think it will make the map look even more antique. I hope that the designer will be pleased when I have finished.

What an undertaking...beautiful work! I've become more involved with Chit Chat and enjoy viewing updates and postings that include pictures in the making or completed. How long have you been working on it? Will it stay in your home or are you making this for someone else? Will look forward to your updates as you progress through the pages! Keep Stitching!!!
