Fabric
Hi there,
I had the same problem and funnily enough sm sitching it right now! I went with 36 count linen in dill 13 x 17 inches. Only need half the linen so i am doing 'not all witches live in salem' on the remainder. It really works ad the fabric has an old tea stained effect. Good luck with your decision.

Cheers,
Tara

Hi debbier10,

Would want to stitch this on a linen or an aida? Also, what count would you be interested in using? I think a lot of colors of fabric would work for this, but the ones that stuck out at me right away were the 14 count 18 X 21 Desert Cream or Mushroom by Wichelt.

My go to fabric is a light or dark fiddlers. It would give a nice fall look.
Have fun!

Hi.
I would try a light beige fabric or a Mushroom colored fabric to do the "Something Wicked". The color would fit in and, as mentioned by another stitcher, the color would go along with Fall colors.
Also, just to let you know, I added another "spiderweb" to the upper Right corner of the pattern and did my just the spiderwebs in a black/silver Krenik to give it a bit of sparkle. Have fun!

Hi,
As it has been almost a year, did anyone try the Orange hand-dyed, 28 count? Just wondering if it might have the shaded-look of the model.
BTW, LOVE the spider web idea! Thanks! :)
