What kind of floss is that ? Hope to hear from you. I just looked it up and the color is jade and the no of DMC IS 561 it is greenish color. Isn t it? Good luck

Thanks for your quick response. I would be interested to know how you got to the DMC floss. The floss that came with this kit seems to be of much poorer quality than the DMC I am used to working with . I will try the DMC to see how it compares.

You will buy the floss from Everything cross stitch it is the best place for it. Good luck

If you go to Cyberstitchers.com you will be able to get a conversion chart of Dimension colors to DMC color numbers. I keep one with my cross stitch patterns. I agree with you. DMC floss is so much better than the threads that sometimes come with kits.

It is so easy. I just Google the name of the pattern and then sometimes you can find some information about the size or the count of the pattern and the material so I work with these and I offer them after some search to the chit chat. Happy?
