You could contact Dimensions, hopefully they'll provide you with another copy.

If you can't get the instructions then I would use my imagination as far as floss colors go. It looks like embroidery stitches from what I can see. Depending on how sturdy the fabric is I would use either two or three strands of DMC. You can Google embroidery stitches and finish your project that way.
