Where can I get more thread?
I love this project so far, but am running low on floss, and won't have enough to finish the project. However, the chart doesn't indicate the names of the colors or number codes of the different color threads. I know it's anchor thread though. Should I just walk in to my local shop with the floss in hand, and ask them to find it for me?

Hello,

You will more than likely have to contact Riolis, the manufacturer of the kit, and ask for some replacement floss. Here is their contact information:

www.riolis.com

On the contact page of their website, they list some email addresses and they also have a Facebook page so there are ways to get in to touch with them. Just let them know what product of theirs you have and what items you are needing for it and they will take care of it for you :)

Thanks! I went on their website however, and they are located in Russia. Is there any way I can get it locally in my hometown?

Hello,

Probably not :( They more than likely use their own brand of floss for their kits so any replacements have to come from them. You could email them via their website or post on their Facebook page and ask though. I have heard that they are very quick and helpful to with customers needing replacements.

They never got back to me. I emailed them twice, and reached out for help on their forum. If I want to finish the project, I'm gonna have to get the same kit again just to get more floss : (

As you suggested, buy another kit to get the extra floss you need to finish the one you have already started. Later go to a store and buy all new floss i.e. DMC that matches closely to the ones you used in the first kit. Then you'll have two projects, but different variations of it.

I hope this helps.

Why don't you post the colors with the Riolis numbers-maybe someone has leftovers to send to you?

So so cute for a cross stitch cushion to add it to your living room.

I have worried about this problem with Riolis kits because I have several of them, particularly those that use the wool blend with acrylic threads. This kit says it uses Anchor threads. Everything CS sells Anchor threads. I don't know if the kit thread and the Anchor threads sold here would be identically the same weight, texture and color, but if you order other things here, you could give it a try to see if you get a decent match. Your main problem could be a dye lot difference even if it is Anchor thread, but it may be worth a shot over buying a whole new kit. There may be color numbers in your kit chart, if so, you could compare it to what is sold on this website to see if they match what is sold here. Good luck.
