Hello,

This is a counted cross stitch kit. So, the fabric will not have the design stamped onto it. I believe the wording is already on the fabric though and I am not sure if you stitch over that or not?! The instructions will include a color key for the design shown and the chart itself will be in black and white with symbols. Dimensions (the manufacturer of this kit) uses their own brand of floss for their products so it will not be DMC floss inside of the kit. If you need more floss or you are missing something from the kit itself, you will have to contact Dimensions and request what you need. Hope this information helps :)

Thank you for your very helpful information. I knew the design was not stamped on fabric.
I have ordered other Dimension kits from Overstock.com
in the past and was hoping their charts had become more "colorful".
I have better luck with full-color charts from cross stitch magazines and Etsy- much easier on these aging eyes!
