Is there a way to convert the colors of the thread to DMC or is there a conversion chart with the pattern?

Hi,
Go on the internet and type in "GAST to DMC - Stitches N Things" and it should take you to the page that gives you the conversions. Keep in mind that the Conversion colors will not be exact. I think the wreath will still be beautiful! :)
