Angel of Healing, week 2
Not quite two weeks, but pretty close. I'm putting her away now to knit socks, so you won't see me on here again for a while.

But she also doesn't have legs, so she probably can't land, even if she could fly with just one arm. She will have to wait in my cross-stitch chest.

I've already changed my mind about knitting and have my angel set up for more work.

I'm happy that you are going to work the angel. I felt bad that you were leaving her with one arm, no legs, and you were putting her in the pattern chest. Have you every read any of Stephen King books?

maubennett, I was thinking similar thoughts! LOL At least let her have two arms, jsimon before putting her away. Why can't you participate here while knitting. Many of us are knitters. DD always has a pair of socks going. She does beautiful work. At one point she focused on "fancy heels". I don't even wear hose much less socks. Once my army days were over, I retired my pantyhose as well. Good thing that I live in a warm climate.
Great work by the way.

I think I put her down because my eyes couldn't focus anymore and I was really discouraged. Maybe I just needed a day or two of knitting to rest my eyes. I'm really happy with cross-stitch right now and I'm so glad I can see it today. I really need new glasses, I can't believe how bad my vision is right now. I go to the optometrist March 10. I also use mag-eyes, they're the best.

This fabric is blue spruce Belfast linen, very dark blue. It looks light gray in the photo. I can't seem to get a good picture of it with my tablet, and I haven't been able to post a picture here from my phone.
