You have been here lomg enough to know that kristi and all the other hard-working folks at ECS do notnwork on weekend, or after regular weekday hours, EST. It has been seen by some of us oldies (but goodies) to be considered impolite to post during her off hours. It might overburden her on Mondays certainly. And, God forbid, it might get an answer from an oldie in the group and be answered wrongly (not on purpose, just on account of oldness). Please write her on weekdays. If you truly have a cross-stitch EMERGENCY, use customer service. Example...the time I somehow wound up with te same order 4 times. I got a reply from customer service almost instantly, said they knew it was some kind of glitch, that they all felt that they knew me well and it gave them a great laugh. Nancye, I know can relate.

I specifically did not put a time frame on Kristi's answer as I am well aware that she is off on the w/end but know she will get to it when she has the time. I will be away for a couple days and posted while I was thinking of it. Sorry if I offended you. But I post when I post like others on this chat room and didn't think there was a posting police.
