HELLO. DOES THIS PROJECT HAVE TO BE DONE ON THE MENTIONED FABRIC SIZE. ? I WOULD PREFER TO USE 14 CT.

You can use whatever fabric you would like. You would just have to figure out the sizing for whatever count you want to use and go from there :) Thank you!
