ECS is a retailer, not a manufacturer of kits, so they don't have any spare parts available. You can write to the manufacturer to ask for extra floss - I'm guessing the contact info will be on the kit (or Kristi will likely post it to you next time she is in to work). Alternately cyberstitchers.com has a conversion chart for DMC to Dimensions floss - but be aware that while the matches are close they are *not* perfect, so if you are doing an area right up against the other colour you'll see the difference.
