I have this one and just checked for you. Hands and face are two-over-two with no one-over-one option.

carol - I have found when working these really pretty angels/ladies that if 2 strands of thread make it too clunky and chunky I only use 1 thread. It softens the effect (or is it affect?). Never could figure those 2 words out. Anyway - that is what I have done for years on hands/neck and face. Have a blessed Easter w/end.
