If you click on the Description tab under the picture of the pattern it will let you know that the package includes 6 18 x 18 inch quilt squares for one package. So for each one package that you need, you will need the supplies that are listed under the Supplies tab, which is also located under the picture of the product. For a Twin size quilt you will need 3 packages; a Full size quilt - 4 packages; a Queen size - 5 packages; and a King size - 5 packages. So if you are needing 4 packages to make a Full Size quilt, then you will need the supplies listed on the Supplies x 4 to complete that amount ( so 4 packages, 36 skeins of 602, 32 skeins of 987 and 8 skeins of 989)

Hope that makes sense?! Needles, hoops and anything else you will need to stitch the design are to be purchased separately as well. To get your total, you would have to add everything to your shopping cart :)
