There are times that customers can run out of floss or they weren't given enough inside of a kit to complete a project. If that happens, you will have to contact the manufacturer of the kit to let them know the issue for their product and they will send you replacements for what you need. Dimensions uses their own brand of floss for their products so the only way to get more is through them. You can convert their floss to DMC by using a conversion chart and I believe the website, cyberstitchers.com has one available, so that is always an option as well. But if for some reason, you need more floss for a Dimensions kit, you will have to contact them to get more since they use their own brand of floss.
