Anything ordered on our website be mailed out to you. We do not offer downloadable formats on our website. As far as supplies for designs, not all of the designs on our website will have a supply list for them at this time. This is something we are always working on for our website and with the amount of the designs we have (and keep adding) it's hard to keep up since I enter in these manually. If there is a supply list that you would like to see for a design, just contact us either on here or via email and I will get it posted as soon as possible during our business hours.

The Gabrielle Rose design already has the supplies listed and the Love is Little design requires NPI Silks and we do not sell those on our website so I can't list them as supplies to purchase since we do not have them. That information is all included in the Description box of the design. That chart will come with DMC and Gentle Art Thread conversions inside of it.
