Looks like it's just the pattern. On 11 ct Aida, your finished picture without allowance for finishing would be about 13" x 13".

Have not started this yet but it is a pattern only. Rule of thumb is count the stitches and divide by 11. For example if project is 44 stitches by 66 stitches then in 11 count it would be 4 inches by 6 inches. Cut fabric 3" longer and wider for framing - i.e. 7" x 9".

kittee59 is right, but don't forget to add 3 inches on each side for the size of Aida cloth you will need. For 11ct. Aida you will need a piece of cloth 19 inches x 19 inches. Cute picture.
