ECS is closed for the holidays (until Tuesday) BUT if you go above and tap on ‘Customer Care’, there is a small menu that has a ‘Contact Us’. Tap on it and you can leave them an e-mail message and there’s also a phone number. If you wait until Tuesday, Kristi from ECS does check for chat questions such as yours.

Most, if not all, of the Mystic Stitch designs are coveralls. But there aren't any rules that force you to stitch the background if you would rather not. :) Judging by the stitch count, I would guess this to be a coverall. :)

Yes, this design is a cover all :) All full stitches. You can choose whatever color of fabric you would like for this design though. Hope this information helps!
