Heaven On Earth
Does this come in an actual leaflet? Or does it come in separate sheets of paper where I have to piece it together? I would prefer the leaflet. Thank you

Mrs. Bud, this is a design by Mystic Stitch. The design area is 21.4" x 28.6". Mystic Stitch provides 8 1/2 x 11" pages for you to use in making the design. (I have made several of theirs.) It is much too large to be place on a leaflet!! If you click on "view item" next to the picture you will get all the info....don't forget to order the supplies you will need to go with it, thread & fabric. Good luck! (I am a Stitcher in the chat room!)

Jerseycrafter is correct, this will be a multi-page pattern. If you decide to purchase it, be sure you make yourself a “working” copy to use and put your original pattern away for safe keeping. Your working copy you can then mark or write on without ruining your original. I have a printer at home to make my working copies but if you don’t, take your pattern in to an office Max or your local library.

Love this pattern. Don't be discouraged by the multiple pages! They make the symbols easier to read and if it drives you batty, you can always tape the pages together to see what is coming!

You should HOPE for multiple pages...one small leaflet would be a booger to try to read! 😊

Mrs. Bud, this is a great looking pattern. I have been working on a pattern called 'Fall Tree ll' from Mystic Stitch for several years. It is about the same size as this pattern. Before my current project, my largest one was a foldout leaflet that was approximately the equivalent of four pages. I just started page 18 out of 25 pages on the Fall Tree ll pattern. It is taking me a really long time, but it is so worth it. I am quite impressed with the patterns from Mystic Stitch and how they turn out. The booklet for my pattern shows a page layout along with the color key, instructions and the actual pattern. The directions call for 2 strands of floss on 14 count fabric, but I am using three. There was too much fabric showing through for my taste. It is easy to make a working copy. You can place the booklet on the copier and copy both facing pages onto one 11" x 17" page (if you have a large enough copier or use Kinkos) and then just fold in half. I use a yellow highlighter to color the symbols of one type in an area that I am going to stitch. Then, as I stitch them, I color them in with a green highlighter. Makes it easier to see the symbols to stitch so that you are less likely to miss one. I do one page at a time, but stitch over to the next page a bit to avoid crease lines. The most important thing is to Count, Count, Count. Gridding might be helpful, but I have never tried it. It is fun to watch the picture take shape, much like a large jigsaw puzzle. If you have any other questions, just ask. Don't let the size of the pattern scare you off. It is still just a bunch of X's. Good luck!

Bruce,
Went to look at Fall Tree II by Mystic Stitch and it is beautiful! Consider putting a picture of your WIP on the chat so we can all admire it! I love the autumn colors.

And Bruce, very nice to hear from you! Been too long! 😊

Bermuda and VCESS, thanks for your kind comments. I usually check out the message board on my lunch hour, but I have been busy with other things lately. I do still read through things when I get a chance. Everyone is so helpful here and jump in with answers to other's questions. Usually I don't have anything to add to what has already been said. Glad to hear that someone noticed my absence and spoke up. This chit chat can really help perk a person up!

Mrs.Bud, please keep us posted on what you end up doing about this pattern. If you decide to stitch it, I don't think that you will be disappointed. Just have patience and ask questions, if you need assistance.
