We are wanting to bring you all an ECS Goodie Box (actual name to be determined!) This box will be available to purchase quarterly and will contain around $20-30 worth of goodies from us here at ECS. The goodies could be anything ranging from floss, accessories, special fabric, maybe a special pattern, small kits, and coupons. We are thinking each box will have a certain theme to it for the quarter as well.
What do you all think?! Is this something that you all would be interested in?! If so, what kind of themes would you like to see and what kind of items would you want to be getting in the box. We already have some ideas but, as always, we love hearing your guys' feedback and getting your input on these things since this is all for you guys :) Thanks so much everyone!! I am really excited to take on this new project and I am excited to hear your thoughts and feedback :)

I don't know what everyone else thinks but I love this idea. I would love to see something like animal (especially cats...lol), holiday, seasonal, flowers, gardens or special landmark themes. I would love to see coupons, small patterns, kits, ( even though my stash is so big I don't need them...lol)special decorative floss to enhance an a pattern, a nice little pair of scissors, needle threader, would be nice, since it seems like my cat likes to eat mine and I have seen some chatters have similar problems, or even a nice set of needles. This is just my opinion.

This could be very fun! I would want to know what is in the Goodie Box - not a surprise since it might have something I either don't need or want. I like the idea of the coupons and accessories - especially if those include some unique buttons. Floss would be good if it were unique type. I think most of us tend to buy certain basic floss for our stitching and we get our favorites. Special fabric could be neat as well. Themes would be nice (and fairly easy) to do. The obvious ones would be holidays and/or seasons, but if you continued with this you could do those and more. Maybe a theme could be with items not often purchased - a "stretch" your imagination theme.
Just some thoughts - as always you guys keep coming up with stuff to keep me a most loyal customer! (Broke, but loyal!!)

Some suggestions for themes, besides the ones already listed, might be rooms in your house as in: Laundry room, kitchen, bath, etc. It could include a nifty little quirky pattern, any special embellishments called for, special floss, etc.
Maybe like the 'CrossStitchAholic' #MS105, that I just purchased from here. That would certainly be fitting for most of us here, lol.

Maybe the boxes could possibly resemble "baskets" with assigned values and choices.
I do think holiday collections should have plenty of lead time....you might want to combine some holidays like Halloween & Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, possibly offer different religious preferences.
These kids have some terrific suggestions...I like the pet suggestions...they could include not just cats and dogs but parrots, canaries, frogs, turtles, snakes (eeeewwww!), fish, adopted sharks, dragons....
how about charity themes, pet rescues, various disease awareness?
VIP choice...discount basket members birthday month
Will the shipping charges make me cranky? 😄

Great suggestions, VCESS! If we do a holiday themed box, we will definitely make sure it's released plenty ahead of time so customers can complete the project(s) before the actual holiday :)
We will definitely keep the shipping charges reasonable for you guys! I know that's important to me when I am buying things online so I will do my bestest to keep that low for you guys :)

GREAT IDEA--themes I would suggest related to seasonal, one particular pattern/designer. Coupons got my attention--I'm a couponer from way back--LOL. I'm the person who says: Wait I got a coupon for that!!!!! Who doesn't want to add to their stach of fabric, floss and save some money to boot?

Thanks for the suggestions, dave001 :) I am a couponer too!!I love a good coupon so putting those into the boxes was important to me.
