Hi there, I had a pattern many years ago, it was just black with a park bench, a tree, a light post and a saying about friends. It was single stitch very simple. I can not find it anywhere I would love to try and find it again. It was from a cs mag over 20 years ago.......... But after many moves and several states later. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Are you kidding? What was black? Fabric? Stitching? 20 years ago there were a bunch of magazines...U.S.? English?...narrow it down a little by guessing titles of the more probable?

It was done on a 16 ct aida cream and all stitching was in black 2 threads. It was an American publication. But I can not tell you the name.

My best advice is to contact Artecy cross stitch, Tereena, and tell her what you need...she's not local so her hours are strange, But she isn't! š If she can't help you, give it up and find a silhouette and your own friendship tribute! š

cyberstitchers.com has a very extensive list of patterns and their sources. They don't sell anything but it is a good resource information site.

Joell, Go to the Internet and type in āvintage silhouette cross stitch patterns with park bench and lamppostā. When websites come up, go to the top of the screen and tap on the heading āImagesā and it will show you a number of images to look at and resources (websites) where they are located. Make sure you have the word āvintageā in the search line.

You should also try listing it on the Facebook group. Just go to facebook.com Do a search there on Facebook for a group called ISO cross stitch Charts and All Related. After years of searching, this group of very kind people like the searches. They found two of vintage charts that just thrilled me.
