This cross stitch is a pattern and it is 370 x 500 or 26.42 x 35.11 for 14 count but it is 20.50 x27.77
for 18 count. Just do not forget to add 4 inches to the border for framing.

I don't know where you got your figures Miss Cross stitch but you are WAY OFF!!
The model was stitched on 14ct. Grey Aida cloth. The finished size is 7 3/4 inches x 9 7/8 inches. This is a KIT so you get everything you need in it. Hope this helps.

EXS has a typo on the item description: 77.5 x 10 inches.

I sent for this particular kit although I have not done it yet.
The Aida fabric measures 13"x16". On the kit it says that
the design size is 7.5" x 9.125" using a frame size of 9"x12".
