I think it can be worked on 14 count. It is mostly full stitches with just a few quarter stitches around the face. ( a sharp needle will help to get through the cloth). Now that I think of it, I worked it on Aida cloth (the Christmas version) ... green cloth.

Yes of course this pattern can be worked on 28 count as well as 14. Good luck

14-ct Aida is the same as 28- ct Evenweave. You just go over two threads instead of one hole.

Yes, this pattern can be done on 14 count. I completed it on 14 count and it worked out quite nicely.
