Is her arm filled in with stitches or is that the canvas showing through? Is ther stitches to the left of her right arm or is that canvas? are there stitches to the right of her dress? Also, what is the size of the finished product?

I have looked on many websites and can not find this pattern. I went to the Mystic Stitch website and they don't even list it. I tried some overseas websites and they don't have it. Perhaps someone has done this pattern and they can answer your questions. Sorry I could not find anything for you.

The size of the pattern is 140 stitches x 200 stiches according to this website. If you do it on 14ct. Aida cloth the finished size is 10 inches x 14 1/4 inches. It looks like the fabric beside the arm and the dress is not stitched.

syagel, perhaps I am not understanding your reply correctly but ECX sells it. Can't they provide the information that the stitcher wants? It's a beautiful pattern. I'm tempted. :)

You are right Texas Stitcher, but I always check other websites when I am collecting information. it surprises me that the Mystic Stitch website doesn't even have it listed anywhere on there website. Wonder if it is being discontinued. One thing about cross stitching patterns is that there are so many different types for everyone's likes and dislikes. You like this pattern, and I think it is one of the ugliest I have ever seen. We can all agree to disagree.

Syagel, you are right. It is great that we all have different tastes. My little granddaughter is totally smitten with cats and anything cat like. I hope that she grows out of it or she'll be a cat lady - the kind we see on A&E that own 97 cats. I have nothing against pets, it's my allergies that prevent me from having a dog, along with the extra work. A pet is a huge responsibility.
But to get back to the pattern, it reminds me of a grand masquerade ball in France. I don't care for the large areas that remain unstitched. Looks somewhat naked. My new rule is to sleep on it before making any purchase. Generally the desire to own something has dissapated by morning. :)

Email ECS customer service about this one. Mystic Stitch creates patterns from artworks, so it could be all stitched in -- or not!

I see what you mean, jlhewes, I just enlarged it. If it's all filled in then it's defininately a lot of work.
