I am about to order the first pattern in a series I want to complete - the English door patterns. I note there is more than one to a couple of them with different numbers. I wondered if someone could tell me what might be the difference.
Also I note they all show stitched on 14 count cloth but I prefer 18. I assume I will get only a pattern when I purchase and I can buy the cloth I prefer and convert?
I'm not an expert but I've done a few things in the past and learned at another site that it's good to know what you are getting before you order.

They look like duplicates that ECS just ordered twice. I would trust the Mystic Stitch Door Series number. Go with one that has the design stitch count, if possible, so you can figure your 18-ct design size.
ECS usually suggests 14-ct Aida because it's so popular. The description says the leaflet cover gives the sizes of the design for 14, 18, & 22 count Aida. Every square will be covered, so you can purchase white, off-white, whatever, but add 3" to each side of the fabric dimension for mounting & centering.
Forgot to check for supply lists, but Customer Service can add them for you. You will need multiple skeins of some colors

The duplicate ones I looked at have different dimensions . They are listed as both 13.5 x 18 " and 17 x 24". I am wondering if one of them is a smaller version , or this may just be a typo when they were added to the inventory. One way to find out....call or email ECS.
