Times have sure changed since I was little a couple of years ago. LOL We used to go out in the morning to play and was home by supper, and our parents didn't have to worry. Now I wouldn't let my dog out alone.

Yes, they have. My kids played outside by themselves and I didn't worry. I'd die of fear if my four year old granddaughter did the same. It's truly sad. Our neighborhood is deserted despite the fact that kids live here. I see a couple of teens walking home sometimes. That's it. Heck it's dangerous for adults to go walking. I see people armed with sticks and bats and prefer to think that they are armed to defend themselves from dogs or other wildlife. We live in a very nice area but like I said totally deserted. All you see are service people during the day.
