Hi Deborah, I'm not clear as to what your question is. Could you please give more information on the project you are working on? Counted cross stitch? Quilting? So that we can help you out. :)

deb, do you mean 25 ct? I've never heard of 21 ct but that means nothing. I recently bought fabric that was described as 19 ct and then again as 18 ct. I didn't give it much thought. Usually you stitch over two threads on those fabrics. Is that the problem you are having. As Bermuda stated please provide more info.
