Nordic Needle

I want to give a great big thanks to the Nordic Needle for locating some Caron thread that was in a dye lot I couldn't find and I desperately needed to finish my Rose Sampler. The new dye lot came in very different and did not match at all. Watercolors by Caron is very beautiful and a challange to work with but I did not order enough for my project.

Congrats! Easier time than I feared you'd have. I mis-calculated once. Awful, awful, looking all over the country for the dye lot.

I love Nordic Needle. I've ordered from them twice, great service. They specialize in Norwegian Hardanger, which I'm terrified to try. It has to do with my fear of cutting holes in material.

But they have a great newsletter, sent every Sunday, to your email address.

Try a little Hardanger Christmas ornament. It's fun. You can leave it uncut. The most important thing is absolutely accurate counting & you know how to do that!
