I looking for patterns on houses done in a single colour only. I completed a set of 4 some years back but cannot remember the author (for want of a better word). Wondering if anyone knows where I can get other patterns of the like.
The patterns I completed were old style american mansions.

I think the word you are looking for is designer. Don't you hate it when you have something right on the tip of your tongue and just can't get the right word out?
You do mean only one color of floss, not one color tone right? Like DMC 844 (gray) not several different shades of gray

I remember my mom did one that was all Christmas (think Christmas, but was a close to that color) green. It was beautiful. I will see if I can find it. I know its one that isn't framed and one of my siblings might have taken the finished project but will see if I find the pattern.

Found a Ginger & Spice leaflet - "Welcome Home" #99-2141 It has three houses that match your request.
Did not copy the actual site it came from

go on Pinterest/house in one color or mansions cross stitch. google.com then quilting house in cross stitch , or 123stitch.com. Have fun.

You are welcome. Guess I just managed to pick the right phrase when using GOOGLE. Sometimes, searching the Internet gets way to complicated and takes you places you really don't intend to be. Let me know if you are able to find something to fit in with what you have.
