HELLO LINDAC -- Welcome to our Chat. I have the Monopoly Board pattern published by C & L Crafts, circa 1984.

FIRST, I want to warn you. There is a lot of outling/back stitching and a lot of fractional stitching.
It is very good condition -- no markings -- some wear on the cover.

Also, there are eight pages in this pattern. Each page has a different symbol code for the same color flosses That is very weird.

SECOND -- This leaflet was in a box of cross stitch stuff I got for free at a garage sale. The man gave it me with the understanding that I would not sell any of it. I was to take what I wanted and donate to a charity. I was unable to find an appropriate place.

I will be happy to send it to you if you will donate ten dollars to the Food Pantry that I volunteer at. You mentioned you stopped bidding at $25.00 on eBay, so this is a good deal. Yes, that will include the $2.50 it will cost me to mail.
