Not familiar with this particular item, but have seen their pre-finished items before. This is likely a pre-finished book and pin cushion... Kristi can tell you for sure... :)

Hmmm....You think they sell the pattern separate from the pre-finished items? What I saw in a shop in Kansas City was a prefinished hoopkeep...I had never seen that type of item....stuck in my head...but it was around $25-something. Unfortunately, I don't remember if the pattern was included, or not, probably made an assumption... I'll just go over here and be very quiet....except that it seems to me with refinished items, you could use whatever pattern you choose to use, so... this is me, being quiet. :)

I believe it's a bit more expensive because it's a pre-finished pincushion and needle book. You just stitch the design that comes with these pre-finished items. Hope this helps :) Thank you!
