It's not that simple, unfortunately. This is a kit that is manufactured by another company. I don't know what kind of floss they use for their product and if it's their own brand of floss, then that's something we can not sell to a customer. If they want to convert whatever floss that is in the kit to DMC floss (something we sell) then they can certainly purchase the floss from us. However, switching up the floss gives you the risk of the design not looking correctly so that may be a route that this customer doesn't want to go.

In these situations, the best thing to do is to always contact the manufacturer. They are the ones producing these products and will have any replacement supplies for them.

I know it is one of the secret that they are hiding the name of the floss and where they are getting it from.
What I meant is just compare the colors and get the similar floss from the ECS. That what I mean.
