If you need a replacement for a lost or damaged pattern you need to contact the Dimensions directly. Sorry but I cannot find the web address. I will warn you there has been a lot of complaining on this ChitChat is not very helpful in dealing with request like this.

Any replacements for kits have to go through the manufacturer of the kit. You can just contact Dimensions and let them know what you need and they should be able to get it out to you. Here is the link to their website:

Didn't someone on the chat stitch this pattern last year. I vaguely remember a problem with running out of floss. Nancye, was it you? Maybe this "someone" could help out?

I remember it because I said to myself "boy that's a lot of white to have to stitch" - my least favorite color after black. :)

Sorry, Nancye. I think it started the whole Dimensions floss story, way back when. I am on hold. It's a nightmare to make calls these days.
