Sorry, I don't have "fireside", but I suspect that there is a afghan fabric that could be substituted. The afghan fabric I have purchased was all pre-packaged so I don't know the dimensions.

Hi,
Are you having trouble finding the Fireside afghan fabric or are you looking for afghan material with 49 squares in a different color, such as white? You might want to call the Everything Cross Stitch "Customer Service" number: 1 -800-800-8517 or send them an e-mail at: sales@everythingcrossstich.com to see if they can assist you in this. Their Customer Service is very good with stitchers.
I'm just one of the happy stitchers on this chat, not an employee of Everything Cross Stitch.

I found fireside afghan via Google on several websites --- I thought it was shockingly expensive (like $89/yd and you need more than a yard. Hope you can find an alternative. Best of luck ... please let us know what fabric you decide to stitch. I've got that Stoney Creek book in my stash too.=

ps I think someone on chit chat IS stitching it=maybe she'll see this and let us know what fabric she is using.

Thanks everyone! !! I've found fireside afghan fabric. ..they just don't make beige/beige anymore. ..I'm thinking on doing it beige/red...it can't be white because of the deers chest and coon tail and skunk stripe...thats why I'm looking for opinions! !!

If you really wanted to use white fabric, I think you could use a slightly darker color floss to backstitch the deer tail etc to make it stand out
