I really like this too, but looking at it I'm wondering if it's cross-stitch or something else? Are there specialty stitches?

I went to their website. it is a cross stitching pattern and from the looks of it and some of their other patterns it is all full cross stitches. The model is stitched on 28ct. Vintage Winter Skye Linen with Gentle arts floss and Mill Hill Beads. The size is 183 stitches x 183 stitches which finishes to 13 inches x 13 inches. Don't forget to add 3 inches on a side for the fabric size you need.
