It's a pattern only. If you look to the left of the picture on the EXS website, they always have a Product category, which will tell you whether the item is a pattern, kit, stamped kit, stamped stitchable item (not a picture).

This is a counted cross stitched pattern. It is stitched on 14ct. white Aida cloth. The size is 133 stitches x 146 stitches. This works out to 9.50 inches x 10.43 inches. using DMC floss. Don't forget to add 3 inches on a side to get the size of fabric you need. It is a cute picture.
