Miss Crossstitch sorry I can't help you there. I have never used Pearle Cotton to stitch any project so I would not be the one to help you out. I do know that there are others here who can answer your question. Sorry. Have a good weekend.

SYagel found out the Dogwood takes 50 yds. on 32-ct. Look up the yardage in #5 Perle coton skeins. Divide it into 50 & add a couple of skeins for the 14-ct Aida & the insurance factor. Did you ever get started writing that book?

Oops! Almost mixed French & English. One of my teachers was adamant: pearl cotton or perle coton!

And, jlhewes, let's not forgot "Perl Garn" just in case Miss C is also fluent in the German language. It's getting complicated since she won't reveal her nationality! LOL

Hey ladies! One of my dear friends was a wonderful nurse whose husband was a federal air marshal and had a (barrel plugged) Thompson submachine gun mounted on theiir living room wall. She also spoke French as her native language, Aabic as a learned language from childhood and on and, of course, English. She had a marvelous life on the Meditteranean and then here in the redwoods of far Northern California. If she was upset, she would say things in Arabic thaat were silly if translated, but always sounded like cussing...
