This is an amazing piece! I have been searching for patterns like this, and especially Chicago-style bungalows, 2 flats and brownstones. If anyone can steer me in the right direction, I'd be eternally grateful!

There are Firehouse Building & Roundhouse by this same X Squared company. For sale at ECS. You might like the Ronnie Rowe "pen & ink" houses, too, though many are now out of print.

I don't know if you are into "Victorian" style houses but there is a pattern titled, "Starrett House" that you might want to look at on Everything Cross stitch.
