Sherry -- that is a good idea. My son attended Western Michigan University. The only place I ever saw a cross stitch pattern for WMU was at the University bookstore

Nancye,

I, my hubby, and son all went to Central Michigan University, a football rival of Western. I never saw any cross stitch in CMU's bookstore, but you just gave me a wonderful idea. CMU's insignia, a C, would be easy for me to design myself with graph paper. Hopefully, I won't be violating any copy laws if I only cross stitch it for myself. I wonder if other colleges would be easy to make for yourself with graph paper.

They are usually in a little cubby hole on the
back wall. There are only three or four different
patterns in a small plastic bags in the bookstore.
Sometimes you have to go on a safari hunt to
find them.

If you go on pinterest.com you can see
two patterns for Wake Forest using dmc
floss #310 and #3852. You can use graph
paper and draw it out on paper. Its a simple
pattern but it is a start. Good luck and i hope
this helps.

I just googled "Central Michigan University cross stitch" for the heck of it. And I actually found, in google images, a cross stitch design, with a chart, at a site called: www.deviantart.com

Boy, was I surprised to even find something. You might want to try that with your school.
