I had never heard about a frame for cross stitch bookmark but if you mean a bookmark with cross stitch around it that is logical. Just write on the search left hand side cross stitch bookmarks patterns and you will find what you are looking for. Good luck.

You would have to mount it on cloth, and frame it larger. Like they do awards, athletic stuff, etc.
