Has anyone.....
Noticed that on the "description" part of some of the patterns, the last half of the "stitch count" of a pattern is missing? It doesn't appear to be on all the pattern descriptions, but on some of them.

I noticed that also. Must be one of the kinks that Troy hasn't worked out yet.

I don't envy his job trying to work out all the kinks. With the very little technical knowledge I have related to computers, I don't have a clue where to start fixing something, though I've tried even taking a couple of classes.... continues to boggle my brain....

Hello,

This is because the new design for the website is what the techies call a "responsive" design :) Meaning, the background html is written to "respond" to whatever device you're viewing it on and how big that screen that is. For example, I have my browser only open halfway on my screen so I can still use my browser but I can see and have access to my desktop as well. Numbers and descriptions are cut off for me as well because my browser is only open halfway on my PC. If I were to fully open my browser so it takes up my whole PC screen, then the text and everything on the page stretches out and I can see it all.

I hope this information helps?! If you're viewing it on phones, tablets, or ipads then I think it's different and I am not sure why that is but I can help with the PC part of it at least?! Lol!

Sorry to disagree. I have noticed that problem on my full screen PC. Don't have access to any other devices. Can't tell you specifically where I saw it. It wasn't information that actually affected me. If it comes up again, I will let you know where.

I've noticed it too, and sometimes the text is hidden under the put in cart box.

Yes, if any of you have a specific product that this is happening on, please let us know. That way, we can figure out what's going on and if we see it on our end as well. It would also be helpful to know what Browser you're running while viewing it and what you're viewing it on....PC, tablet, phone, etc.... Any detailed info you guys could give would be helpful :) Hopefully, we can figure out what the issue is?! Thanks!!

I use my PC and Google Chrome. And the one I saw this morning wasn't covered up a lot, but some of them are. Here is the one that has one letter hidden. It is the Santa train stocking. It is only one letter so it isn't that bad, but I have seen some that are worse. I just can't remember which ones they were.

Thank you noah! I definitely see what you mean now!! I am making note of this and sending it to Troy to see if he has any ideas on what is happening and how to correct this. Thank you for getting me this information :)

Anytime, Kristi. This one is worse. When I copy and paste, the whole thing comes up, but on the screen there is a bit of text missing.

The pattern "Eternity" by Mystic Stitch is another one that has the "project specifications" really incomplete.
SKU # 12399.
I checked this pattern by going through the "search for" on the ECS website. Then, I went out of the "search for", clicked on my "wishlist" to look at this very same pattern and the project specifications are now incomplete as well.
What is interesting is that I have had the "Eternity" pattern, with all of it's complete specifications present, in my Wishlist, for at least one year prior to the ECS website change. I did this on my I-Pad.
