Fall Fairya Cross Stitch Kit by Dimensions

I did this pattern exactly like the instructions indicated. I had to buy another kit to finish it. I have been cross stitching for years and had never run completely out of so many threads for a pattern before. On the plus side, my daughter picked out this pattern and she loves the way it is turning out.

I gave this a good,but only after I tweaked it pretty signifigantly. The plys of threads are way too thick and bulky. I cut all the half cross stitches by half, added a sparkly lemon yellow to the "magic trail", there were funny looking tan lines running through the blue sections, I got rid of those, dropped the beads and stitched it on 32 count linen. Oh yes, I also added 1/4 x stitches when needed. The charted stitches did not fit the backstitching. I am over halfway done, and with the changes it is going to turn out pretty nice. I like the design, would give it a good(except for the lack of 1/4 stitches)
