Hi,
Just an FYI, Everthing CrossStitch is closed on weekends, so you will probablh hear from Kristi when she sees your "Chat" question tomorrow (Monday). Or you can give their "Customer Service" a call tomorrow at 1-800-800-8517. There is also an e-mail form under the "Contact Us" title when you click on the "Customer Service" tab above.
