Yes, I think you could. If I were me doing this for myself, I would copy the stitch sequence of letters used in other cities' names to put together another new name. If a letter of the alphabet is not there, it shouldn't be too hard to figure it out. Remember there are no rules. You can stitch it exactly as you like.

Sue Hillis doesn't include an alphabet with this design and I am pretty sure her designs are hand drawn so there really isn't an alphabet to use per say?! I would do what the above poster suggested and copy what you can from the letters already given in the chart. Or you can switch it up and use a completely different alphabet if you want :)
