The supply list for this design is now listed underneath the pattern on our pattern. The supply list will have the DMC Floss and the Mill Hill Beads listed but unfortunately, we do not have the buttons available on our website so they will have to be purchased through Just Another Button Company. As for the frame, we do have frames available on our website and they are located here:

I believe the 8 x 8 frames have a 5 x 5 opening so one of those might work for this design. Or you could probably contact the designer of this specific design and ask them what frame they used for the model. Their information is on the chart itself: www.flowers-2-flowers.com.
