I am doing this on a light pink Aida and it looks fantastic. It's going together so quickly. I'm not putting in the words as printed, but instead inserting baby's name and birth date in the middle sections. Also decided to make it not so busy with the outer border and also didn't extend the roses/buds to the edges. Can't wait to finish it and give it to my daughter-in-law. Will look great in the pink & pale gray nursery. I'll post a picture when I'm done.
