I have not seen this in a pillow case pattern. I'll look more carefully, but I don't think it is.

If you want it as a pillow case you can always trace it onto a pillow case.

I'll try to see if it's a pillow case pattern anywhere else and let you know.

It's a cross stitch pattern done on 14 count White Aida cloth. You could still use the pattern on a pillow case by using 14 count waste cloth. I've seen it at my local Joann's store. Exchange your needs from blunt ones to sharp ones to go through the pillow case fabric.
I think it would be cute for a young child.
