I’m not an ECS employee but I don’t believe ECS make custom cuts of fabric. I am on of the stitchers on this ‘chat’ that saw your question.
Is the 13x23 size fabric include allowing at least 2-inches on EACH side for matting and framing your project?
If you wish to look at the sizes that ECS offers, tap on ‘Products’ title listed above, then tap on ‘Fabrics, then tap on Aida. Once you scroll down to 14 count and tap on picture, you will get the different colors they offer AND if you tap on a color, the next s teen will show you the sizes ECS offers. Hope this helps! :)

You would have to order the next size up, which is 18"x24". ECS does not do custom fabric cuts. Most places except some fabric stores don't. You can trim it for your project.

Is your measurement of 13x23 for the stitched area only?
You should ALWAYS add six inches in each direction for wiggle room for finishing into a pillow or having it framed. Therefore, you should purchase 1 yard at 25" and cut 9 inches off for another project.
