This is a spilt rod frame so you side the fabric in the rod. I found that if you hem the top and bottom of the fabric it will stay in place and not slip as you roll it on the rods.

I use the blue painters tape to hold each edge on the rod then roll the fabric onto the rods. The tape does not leave a sticky residue on the fabric when done, and holds it well. - Andrea

It is a split rail, but you could still use the Velcro system...made by Yarntree, it is a tape for the frame and a tape for the fabric that you cut to length and apply as a tape.. 😊
