I purchased the locked heart skull but there was not a list of what colors of thread nor fabriç requirement to buy. Could i get those sent to me? Thank you Ginnybug

No this is just a pattern U have to give your name and card no and your address to have them shipped to U when you call from the top customer care.

Ginnybug, when ECS opens tomorrow Kristi will probably have a look and give you a list of supplies or let you know where to get them. Welcome to the ECS web site for stitchers. We share a lot of info about projects we are working on and we have a good time. We hope you will come back and show work in progress. We love that. Hi,
If you go to the ‘Customer Care’ title above, tap on it, there is a menu that will pop up with a listing, one says ‘Contact Us’ which, when you tap on it will give you the phone number of ECS (1-800-800-8517) , their hours of operation( closed on weekends) and an e-mail form that you can use to give them your request for the list of floss and fabric for this project. Their customer service is very good here I assure you.Hope this helps. :)

Sorry, I should have given you customer service number. This is a chat room for stitchers where we talk about projects we are working on. We enjoy talking about everything. Sorry if you feel you were mislead. I just assumed wrongly that your request would be picked up by ECS. If you just contact them, they are open Monday through Friday I believe. Again, sorry that I just did not give you a phone number to call. I hope you will come back once you get started and share some pics of your work The colors are pretty cool. Peace. Pam

Hello,

Our offices were closed on the 4th and I was not in my office very much on the 5th and the 6th so I wasn't able to answer a ton of things on the boards before the weekend.
