Hi there! This product is a kit and therefore contains a pattern, fabric, floss, needle and instructions. Kits don't usually contain the information you are asking about, as those items are included and do not need to be ordered separately. My guess, from looking at the picture, is that there are not more than ten colors of thread. The brand of thread varies with the production of the kit. The supplies included with name brand kits such as this one are usually of good quality. I am not an ECS employee, just a fellow stitcher hoping that this is helpful information. Happy stitching!
